only did the reverse grip benches couple 2 maybe 3 times over the course of 10 years and that was during years 3-4.
was thinking of trying them again recently. someone in the gym benches in a smith 3plates plus a quarter each for reps side so was thinkin bout tryin them. would do it at home with oly bb,,, have a cage and gym set up at home, thats why i can be a member a pf and still workout for real,,, lol
after seein that guy all i could say is why.
anyone else reverse bench,,, thoughts?
