for pulling my strength is always the same but for pressing if i dont eat tons of calories my strength drops drastically.
i lose alot of potential reps if i chose to go to bed earlyi gain alot of potential reps if i stay up and eat high caloric food washed down with plenty of grapejuice

how many reps do you do and how much caloriesif you dont have a number for x then you are basically driving without a destination
