thats crazy strong but why is it 420 and not 405? Im missing the extra plates?

You could probably do 315 for a solid few clean reps though.

I asked the guy, "did you help me?" He said no, i just had my hands on it.
  As shown at the end when he takes his hand from the weight and gives the ok sign.
I'll provide more in the future but have the spotters to stay away....More weight in the future

that's OK though you are still stronger than most here

BTW I see it went from 420X2 ......to one rep with help @ 405.  :D

He did help you in that clip. Next time, do the single without having the guy even touch the bar. He can always grab it if you fail.

I'm with NZ - 365 lb for a single is probably what you'd do without a spotter. You can always prove us wrong - no flame.
