Anybody who can lose 150 pounds has my respect. It's a different and much harder type of discipline. It's one thing to make yourself do something that you really don't want to do (e.g. go to the gym and work out) but it's quite another NOT doing something that you really want to do (like EATING). You can work out and you're done. When you are not allowed to eat when you're hungry the hunger doesn't just disappear.

Props to you. Maybe you can give some dieting advice to the aptly named Slacker.

not only did I loose it naturally, I did it in a year and have kept if off for the past year. I lost it all in 2008. Oh I eat, I'm more of an endurance athlete (finished my first marathon in October) and training for some half marathons and another marathon in October.

Yes I eat, yes I eat clean. Been following Bodybuilding for almost 10 years.

dude you need to let it go. I know you think Im talking shit however the truth is I cant afford to lose any weight right now. I am trying to add a few pounds here and there. Once I get to my desired size/shape then I will focus on over all BF. However the nutrinist told me that 12% is fucking awesome and I know I look good. So I got no complaints over here. Yes, he is no match for GSP. He's fighting above his weight class. He loss convincingly to him once. But thus far he's untouchable at 155 lbs. And roundly recognize for being one of the most naturally gifted fighters in the UFC. Dana White says this all the time and he's had his rolls with BJ.

For a famous MMA fighter you sure don't know much about fighting. And since you're so rich and famous it should be nothing for you to come to the islands and tell us natives what we should stick to.
