That is not expertise, it is genetics.  He is a self sustaining creature able to maintain 20% bodyfat even with the complete absence of nutrients.

I think Goodrum would be good to go.  He could show all those Haitians that they too can be internet jokes and the laughing stock of the bodybuilding industry.  You do know how much better those people over there would feel about themselves when they see Goodrum, a person living in America looking worse than they do.  Man, that would be a huge booast for them mentally.  Just the laughter alone he would generate would help.  And how do think they would feel when they find out he isn't even black but just really dirty.  That too would help.  I think he should go.  Then after that send him to Iraq and have him run around naked till someone shoots him
