Well, it's not fair of her to hate on Obama for using one, when she used one herself.  A lot of this speech for the tea party was not her usual quality, because she kept putting her head down reading.  She could have given a stronger speech with more eye contact and momentum, using a teleprompter.

But then, she would have had one less thing to attack obama for.


Hate on him or not... you gotta admit obama can speak passionately on topics without the teleprompter.  He says "Uh..." a lot, but he was able to face the repub last week with nothing more than his memory - no hand notes.

Honestly, I never thought we'd have such a 'palin moment' as big as this hand notes thing.  I'm really hoping the repubs don't settle for her in 2012.  She is already talking about running - something people NEVER do a full 3 years out.  So maybe like Jindal, she'll peak and burn out and let some more prepared and experienced GOp canddiate get the nod.

3.  I think there are people behind Palin pushing her from within DC who think they can polish her image and be able to beat Barry.

Laughing at the buffoonery you keep posting does bring me to tears (it's a wonder I'm not dehydrated, at this point). Obama isn't tearing anything up. He basically ADMITTED that his campaign promise that people would be able to keep their insurance and their doctor was FALSE, as the bill he would have signed had the language "sneaked" into it, yielding that power to government control.

Avoiding coverage would fall on CNN and MSNBC, who (on the Mass. special election) spend TWICE AS MUCH TIME covering the loser, Martha Coakely, as they did covering the WINNER, Scott Brown.

PLEASE!!! This was a last-minute candidate, that went down to the wire with a Democrat, DESPITE having some of the vote ciphoned by a "moderate" Republican that wasn't even vetted properly.

That seat will be up for grabs AGAIN. And if it's a mere two-man race, things could go quite differently.
