I'm back in the game.
« on: February 06, 2010, 10:06:47 PM »
Broke up with the girl of my dreams after a year and a half, got depressed for a while and now I'm tired of it. I'm getting it back and getting motivated!! After an almost 2 year lay off I have returned to training and am beginning my 16 week cycle. I do modeling and I have a photo shoot in early June so I have to be in prime shape when that happens. My steroid cycle may not be stacked to the level of a professional or other bodybuilders on this site, but it has always worked for me and with my genetics and muscle memory (been training since 1992) I can achieve a ripped up physique that is on par with Marky Mark (I've been told better). This year I plan on getting into the best shape ever as my 2008 physique was unbelievable at 180ibs, with a 3% bodyfat, waist was a 28", chest 41", arms 16" abs looked like drawings and my legs have never really looked that good and I don't really care about them any way. I'm Spanish and Italian so I have naturally dark skin and no stretch marks at all. I'm 36 years old but I look like I'm 30. I pride this on the fact that I've never drank, smoked, or took any type of drug in my life (except steroids of course and in a non-abusive way). I will be listing my diet, cycle and daily log throughout this journey to keep anyone who cares informed. Feel free to throw in your 2 cents with tips and advice. Right now I'm 5'8", 184ibs, with about 10% bodyfat. My body hasn't really changed in the last 10 years (so maybe I'm just lucky). My weight stays relatively the same and everything just falls into place at the same time year after year. When I took my week 1 photo today it is exactly as my 2008 week 1 photo. I've got incredible discipline and I'm ready for the summer!!!

Cycle (16 weeks):
Sun: 1cc 200mg of cypinate with 1cc 50mg Winstrol
Wed: 1cc 50mg Winstrol

At the start of week 11, I change Cypinate to Deca with the Winstrol

Diet:
6:00AM 1/2 cup oatmeal with protein and a mutli-vitamin
9:00AM protein shake or pure protein bar
12:00 or 1:00PM: can of Tuna and apple or peas (no salt added)
3:00PM: pure protein bar or half of Metrex bar
5:00PM: 4 egg whites and 2 yokes or chicken breast or meat or can of tuna with peas (no salt added) or a sweet potatoes or apple
7:00PM: Same as 5:00 meal

Sometimes I will change 5 or 7 PM meal with a myoplex shake with water depending on how I feel. I eat this diet every day with a ton of water. After a few weeks I throw in a mozzarella cheese stick in my 5:00 and 7:00 meals and sometimes I'll put a little pasta sauce, hot sauce or salsa with my tuna or egg whites.

I train at home and do 1 bodypart a day with abs at the end and I do very little cardio depending on how I feel. Usually I take the weekends off but I like to do abs 7 days a week (50 upper and 50 lower). As long as I'm strict with my diet my bodyfat just melts away because I'm naturally lean and slender. I never get any acne and the only side affect I usually get is my sex drive goes through the roof (never had Deca-dick) so I guess I respond okay to this stuff. I start to see results usually by week 7. And I train very light, high reps, usually with 20ib dumbells and about 30 minutes a day.

I take pictures of my body once a week and I'll post a pic of my body on week 16!!

Just took my first shot of cyp and winny and I can't wait for the test to get into my body.

It now begins...

Your calories aren't enough to feed a bird. Are you going right in to a diet phase for something?

Post up what you look like now.

You wanna go from 180 @ 10% to even more ripped? Shit mang, I would put on some more size where it counts and try my best to keep the BF in check.

Your stack is pretty weak comparitavely also. Curious about them pics Marky Mark.

Im not by any means an expert but your diet straight sucks ass.   IMHO you need to cut down to 2 shakes a day at most 1 before workout if you need to and the one after your workout is a must....try a diet with more cals just healthy cals.  Like I said IMHO less shakes if for no other reason than to save money.  Another thing is you dont have any EFA's no peanuts, no real fiber, no real substance.  Your biggest meal is a can of tuna which is good but instead of just a can of tuna how about a tuna chicken salad combo now theres a meal that has a real good variety as far as nutrients.  Good luck either way and post that comparison pic of you and Mark Wohlberg.

Maybe its just me but if you have to juice to be 180lbs at 5'8" you are not doing things right or you are not serious about what you're trying to accomplish.

I guess the secret of being juiced and staying at 180 are those 20lb, high rep workouts. Too bad pumpster is no longer here to share his knowledge on using his BowFlex. Surly would blast I-l to new heights. Mr O level perhaps?

Some guy's really do want to stay lean, without too much muscle mass. Probably what the average person on the street thinks as ideal. Including women (Frank Zane comes to mind ,as a Pro, who may appeal to the average person). I wish well to I-l, seems to know what he wants. But why the 'roids to hold his natural light body type? Good Luck.

Well, the first week is over and I'm glad. Actually, I hate the first week because I'm the farthest of were I want to be so it just drags and drags on. I usually get right into my training without a problem, but man, am I sore. Since I'm older and I've had such a long lay off, I've been using an exercise ball for stretching, just to avoid injuries. I've never stretched before in my 15 years of lifting and I wish I always have. It does make the rest easier. My abs are also sore, especially my lower. Doing my lower abs have been hard. I just envision myself at 16 weeks when the weather is much warmer and my body is ripped. I can't wait to get out of this skin I'm in right now! I'm also horny as hell since I'm now single. Like I said before, once the test gets into my body, my sex drive goes up and I'll be masturbating about 4 times a day. But truth be told, I'm whacking it about three times a day right now (thank god for internet porn). My motivation is thinking of female hands all over my body and feeling me up. When they lick my abs and grab my arms. Man, I'm ready for the future!!

I love feeling the slight sting of the needle. The pinch makes me think of progress. I envision myself growing as soon as the testosterone mixes in with my blood cells. Maybe it's mental, but I can feel it in my blood. I also love the added sting of the winny and adding a little water to the vial and drinking the rest of it. There's something so mystical and powerful about this ritual. To tell you the truth, I love it.

Getting into week three and I'm not as sore as before, even though my legs are. Had some crab meat instead of tuna in a few meals and it's awesome. Not really as hungry as I usually am, so that's good (been eating a lot of steak). Just getting through it. These first few weeks are the worst.

Week 4 has begun and I'm in full swing. What I find interesting is my veins are starting to show. I'm not really vascular normally but when I start getting my pump I can see it. Must be the year and a half layoff and my receptors are responding well to the steroids. I haven't used cyp in many years (about 6, I mostly use Deca) and I always responded well to it, so my body is feeling the results. I have to admit, I'm loving this. My photo shoot can't come soon enough.

Week 5 seemed to get here in a hurry. When I took a picture this morning I noticed that I look better than I did with my 2008 week 5 pic. I'm actually ahead of the game, so that is refreshing. I ate pork a few times for my meat meal and it tasted great. I never ate pork when I dieted but there's a first time for everything. I've been craving my boiled eggs like crazy, I don't know why but I can't wait to eat them. And with all the protein...here comes the farts.

The way you're eating and training you're not gonna put on an ounce of muscle.

The drugs may help reduce your catabolic state, but in all seriousness that's just not the best way to go about this.

I find it interesting that you are posting all this on the training board and the only thing you say about your training is high reps with 20lb db's and being way too obsessed with training abs. Unless of course you are trying to prove a point that you can train and eat like 105lb high school cheerleader and still manage to put on some muscle because your'e on gear.

Onto week six and feeling good :). Things have been going great and on point...starting to get vascular with the pump and my abs are beginning to show.
