yes, fats is no problem, i have like 8-10 caps of fish oil daily...
i dont know maybe its the cardio on the bike...
Check it's properly sized for you I guess, and maybe look to other changes in your training. Only other thing I can think is changes in drugs.
If you're not on a schedule you could drop the diet for a couple weeks and return to your normal training and see if it goes away, then change just one thing at a time (add more cardio, altered training split, diet macros without cal debt, etc) to see if you can find a cause .
