I began working out and just stuck to it, its only been about 5 months maybe yet im down to 235 but have a very solid frame, I get tons of looks now and can walk into a room like i own it, i just feel so many stares,and boost my confidence like crazy, Im not exactlly where id like ot be yet though which is 200lbs which i think would be great and looking forward to my future progress, I love the feeling i get from excercise and love the fact that my friends GF`s are beginning to show interested haha"
