from looking at my pics i always had the best conditioning with mass with high protien, but what always plagued me with eating alot of whey was the minor face acne so ive been apprehensive ever sense
but now eating a TON of nutritional yeast protien seems to be the key. The thing i have learned on this RAIN (Rain=niar=" IN EYE I ARE") day that eating alot of yeast protien can give you a fairly nasty headache
i already have read through the research before about how yeasts high amount of phosphorus depletes bone calcium when taken in obsessive amounts. Well i cured my headache instantly with some myoplex wich is loaded with calcium and nearly instantaneously felt like working out hard as hell. one scoop of myoplex has something like 70% of daily value of calcium
Its interesting though that the headache was a sign my calcium was being depleted and that i needed to do something about it
i probably have about 15 protien sized scoops of yeast protien to ever 2-4 scoops of myoplex. nutritional yeast is very cheap bought at a whole foods store in a bulk bin
i hope to reattain a conditioning i had between getbig II and I somewhere in that time i had attained near perfection and i hope to reattain it and smash master fine young looking whores


i was definitly lean here this was in the summer time about 100+ degrees but also eating high protien
