This bill is a disaster all on to itself.

If it passes people will feel like something was done. When the financial reality sets in anyone who says it's unaffordable and should be stopped will be accused of hating poor people. It's similar to the tactic Clinton used against Bush I but more advanced. You won't be able to stop 45 million people* and relatives of illegals from voting democrat because keeping health insurance will be a matter of life and death. :)

You really have to stop underestimating the president, 333386. :)

* I realize children can't vote but they have parents/grandparents/etc...

All joking aside man, you sound very embittered and on the edge of possibly harming yourself.  You should take a break and unplug for a while.  I guarantee you that the sun will come up again tomorrow and all will be good.

Exactly Minspin...

last week, when i saw the news about the man who flew the plane into an IRS building, and the subsequent manifesto he published online. I immediately thought of 333367, and came on the board to see if he was still here..

he see him being so tired of the democrats and have a black president, that he goes out with a bang...

Maybe if bammer could get something right and stop lieing people wouldn't underestimate him.  Maybe if bush hadn't been a disaster people wouldn't have underestimated him and the republicans. What has he done to not be underestimated??  To make a change doesn't necessarily mean its good change!!!

Stop expecting honesty from politicians.

Wow!  I'm surprised you came to the board!  When I heard about it last week and thought it was you, I called your boyfriend to make sure everything was ok.  Of course, after hearing you yell, "Don't stop Bruce, don't stop", I breathed a sigh of relief.

I dont expect them to be honest.  I could realy care less what the fuck they do and say. UNTIL it starts taking more and more money from me personaly and my business. I am tired of hearing work harder and save more, just to hear about taxes going up and the governments outa control spending. If they would stop grabbing at the money I work hard for just to hand it out to someone with 7 kids that dont wana work I wouldnt care

The bottom line is that those who claim to support this fiasco really have no idea whats in it but buy into the emotional pap that appeals to weak minded people, especially women.

Most of those against this know what is in there and what this is goin to do to our economy, taxes, regulations, etc, and know its a disaster.

I conduct toy drives food drives and I donate to a few charities. I dont need the government to grab my money before I even get it, just to hand it out to people. I do more than my fair share of giving cause I choose to. For them to force me to pay more just cause countless people are too lazy to work for something they want like good healthcare is bull shit. If they want something they can work hard for it, just like I do. I also put money aside in-case of emergencies or tragedy that way I am not flat on my face. Is it my fault that so many other people dont bother to save for things like this?

That paul ryan clip sums everything up perfectly what a fiscal time bomb this disaster is.

That's because he does not even know whats in it.  He is clueless about this and the paul ryan clip is evidence of that.

The funny part about the coverage is now this:

1.  Obama treating mccain like crap.

2.  Paul /ryan slicing and dicing the bill.

3.  Reid flip flopping on nuke option.

4.  GOP brough A game and the dems didnt even read the bill.

4.

like watching an NFL team play a middle school team  dems had no clue what their own bills said,  reps did, and it showed.

Nicky must be sick again.  Remember the last time he had a cold?

As for this issue, I think everyone agrees that the GOP brought the heavy hitters today and Ryan exposed the fiscal gimmics this bill is composed of.

That's great because the second PM is even nastier than the first.  The 2 hookers will help you relax and get rid of all that tension.

Best thing = have one of those guys work your lower body while the other guy works your upper body.

Wishing you the best,

Mal, you have to understand, 3's problem is that he's like a Neathanderthaal who only knows how to grunt.  ;D

He'll see something, get all worked up about, and them come on here and vent his feelings without any sort of articulate or even inarticulate explaination of why he feels the way he does, or the process by which the data was computed to allow him to reach such a conclusion. Of course I'm being generous by taking the position he even understands why he feels the way he does. Personally, I'm not convinced that he does. I've seen too many arguments wherein he simply grasps at straws and spins and contorts to try to hammer home his mantra that Obama is a POS. "It rained today... how much more proof do you need that Obama is a POS."

Perhaps if he made an argument and provided evidence that the administration was using weather making machines to manipulate the weather in order to cause a catastrophic flood that would require immediate passage of extraordinary dictatorial powers for the POTUS, ...then he could claim "It rained today... how much more proof do you need that Obama is a POS." ...but until then I suppose the intellectually vigourous among us will continue to perceive him as an imbalanced, unstable, whackjob about to go postal.
