So youre saying IF the dems had run someone non-douchey in 2000 and 2004, they could have won easily?  If their douche essentially "Tied" a cool guy you'd like to have a beer with... and when they run a smooth guy (clinton, obama) they win by a mile.

When the repubs have the personality adantage, it's a tie that gets settled in court.
When the dems have the personality advantage, it's a landslide win for them.

Im saying your 100% wrong.The republicans havent run a conservative SINCE Reagan.The democrats win ONLY when they pretend to be to the right.Clinton ran as a moderate to right candidate.Obama ran on tax cuts.Liberals NEVER EVER run proclaiming their real beliefs or agenda because they know America would reject it.So they always run to the right of what they are.If you run a true conservative against a liberal,the conservative wins.Its why conservatism wins on ballot initiatives everytime from less taxes to gay marriage.

If a conservative runs and says "Im for smaller taxes,less government in your lives,less government programs" and a liberal runs saying "Im going to expand government,raise your taxes and control your life in every way" who would win.Libs NEVER tell the truth of what they intend to do so they win by pretending to be republicans.
