Some of the stuff tastes pretty amazing. Some come out kinda bland to the normal person. I typically enjoy the bodybuilding foods and if it comes out too bland, I just use some peanut butter or make a whey sludge.

Chili recipe I've used in the past with ground turkey. It's damn good!
1 T oregano 2 T paprika 6 T Chili powder, light 4 T cumin 4 T beef bouillon (instant, crushed) 10 cloves garlic, finely chopped or powder for substitute 1 tsp parsley or cilantro 4 Cups water 1/2 C olive oil 4 lb extra lean chuck, chili grind (substitute turkey/venison if needed) 2 lb extra lean pork, chili grind 1 lb extra lean chuck, cut into 1/4" cubes 2 large red onions, finely chopped 2 cans Bush's Best Dark Red Kidney Beans 2 cans Bush's Best Black Beans 24 oz crushed tomatoes In a large pot, add paprika, oregano, chili powder, cumin, beef bouillon, garlic, chopped onion, and 4 cups water. Let simmer low heat. In a separate skillet, brown meat with FAJITA seasoning in 1 lb. or 1 1/2 lb. batches with olive oil. Drain and add to simmering spices. Continue until all meat is done. Add water as needed. Simmer 2 hours medium heat. Add crushed tomatoes. Add salt to taste. Simmer 45 min. Makes 1 pot.

Chili recipe looks good Crusher...I usually use ground turkey breast for the meat but like the idea of chunks of meat added as well.
Dracoy, you've really put some effort into these..much appreciated! What do you think the average person would think about the taste of the brownies? Can you compare it to a specific bar?

My dad hates healthy food and he kept sneaking into my tupperware to steal some. These are NOT for those with a sweet tooth. It is sweet but not overly sweet. The best way to describe it is if you have tried the Chinese Red Bean Nian Gao. They are light and not dry, pretty good snack, but not really a dessert. Personally if you are crazy for sweet, add some sugar/honey/artificial sugar/chocolate. I purposely did not put any sugar in it to keep it extra healthy.

Thanks maybe these would be what I'm looking for for a breakfast bar when needed. Have you tried freezing them? I don't think I've ever tried Chinese Red Bean Nian Gao!

I'm sure they would be fine frozen. I personally kept them in a tupperware on the counter. I think refrigerating them would of been smart :p.
The recipe offers a good base for you to play around with what stuff you like, it is pretty flexible. It would work pretty well as a breakfast bar.

I rarely measure anything unless I'm baking. In this recipe it won't matter anyway. Ratatouille
flour seasoned with garlic powder, dried basil, Italian seasoning, fresh ground pepper olive oil garlic, crushed and minced 1 large Vidalia onion, quartered and chopped/sliced 1 large eggplant, cubed (salted, rinsed and dried) bell peppers (red, orange &/or yellow), coarsely chopped 2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes - (1 can with green chillies) 3 to 4 small zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices dried basil dried Italian seasoning balsamic vinegar sugar or Splenda Put the seasoned flour in a plastic bag. Slice the eggplant (1/2 inch thick) and salt each side - put it back together and let it sit Chop the zucchini, peppers, onion and garlic and saute in olive oil until semi tender. Remove from pan and set aside.
Rinse the eggplant, pat dry and cut into cubes. Put in bag of seasoned flour and shake. Put in colander to shake off excess flour.
Heat pan and add olive oil. Add eggplant to hot oil. Stir only when it starts to get brown. You'll probably want to do this in 2 batches. Remove from pan.
Add cooked vegs back to pan with tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to simmer and add eggplant. Add about a tablespoon or so of balsamic and about a tablespoon of sugar.
This is really good with diced up chicken, or canned salmon/tuna, or by itself. For extra yummyness top with feta cheese

cooked salsa
10 habanero peppers 5 jalapenos 3 serrano peppers 3 thai chili's 1 red bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper 1 orange bell pepper 1 large bulb of garlic 1 large onion 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp. ground comino 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp thyme 2-3 tbsp dried cilantro 2 28 oz cans of petite diced tomatoes 1 - 1 1/2 cups red wine vinegar
Dice peppers and set aside. peel and chop onion, peel and chop garlic. lightly coat large pan with cooking spray and heat garlic and onions over medium-high heat. When soft add the peppers. Cook for 2 minutes add vinegar, salt, comino and cilantro. Cover and let bubble 10-15 minutes. Add tomatoes simmer uncovered for 20 miutes. Chill and eat. I like to add a little bit of fresh cialtnro before serving. Great on eggs!

Made a big batch last night ~ most everything fresh from my garden or the farmers market. I usually cook everything separately and then bring them together in the end. I started with peppers - red, orange, yellow, purple and light green. 2nd pic is the end result.

Going to have to give these a try. I'm guessing 100 cals ea   Weight Watchers Black Bean Brownies Servings: 20 servings • Time: Baking time varies • Points: 2 ww points * 1 can (15 oz.) black beans * 1 box brownie mix Open can of beans, drain and rinse well. Put beans back in the can and fill can with water. Put beans and water in blender until smooth. Mix pureed beans with brownie package mix. DO NOT add eggs or oil. Spray baking dish with Pam. Cook brownies according to package directions. Cool and serve.

Here's my protein-pancake recipe:
1 Can of Fat-free Evaporated Milk (if you wanted you could just use skim milk) 1 Cup of Oatmeal 6 Egg Whites 2/3 - 1 Cup of Protein Powder (I like to use Vanilla) 1 Cup of Cottage Cheese (Don't worry you won't taste it)
Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until it's smooth. Cook like regular pancakes. I usually top them with honey. You can also add fruit to these as well (just blend it in). I usually get about three or four days worth of breakfasts out of this recipe. I just pour it in smaller containers & store it in the fridge/freezer.
made these last night and this morning and they were incredible...thanks for the recipe!

I made this today when I was craving something sweet. It's pretty solid for a precontest meal (just over 9 weeks out).
Mix 1 1/2 cups of ricotta cheese with 1/2-1 cup of blueberries and 3 (or more) packs of artificial sweetener. Top with 1/4 ounce crushed almonds mixed with 1/2 cup of crushed Fiber 1.
330-370 calories, 33 grams of protein, alot of fiber and some healthy fat.

I saw this recipe .. can't remember where .. and tried it .. they were good
5 egg whites 1 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder 5 heaped TBS pumpkin puree 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (depending on taste) Stevia/Splenda/Aspartame to taste (I used 4 drops of liquid Stevia)
Cook like pancakes over medium heat. Makes 8 smaller 'cakes or 4 medium-large ones.
Spread peanut butter on a 'cake, and sandwich it with another 'cake.

Here's a recipe for Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin. It makes 4 servings. Tastes pretty good too. I'll continue adding healthy recipes to this thread. Members, feel free to add your recipes here.
Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
1 (1 lb) pork tenderloins 1 1/2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1 (6 ounce) can pineapple juice
1. Trim visible fat from pork. 2. Slice tenderloin into 1/2 inch thick slices. 3. Flatten slices with palm of hand. 4. Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; place skillet over medium-high heat until hot. 5. Add pork; cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned. 6. Mix together teriyaki sauce and remaining ingredients; stir to blend well. 7. Add to skillet; bring to a boil; lower heat and simmer 3 minutes. 8. Remove pork from skillet; spoon sauce over pork.
Nutrition Facts: Per Serving: 187 Calories, 6 Grams Fat, 25 Grams Protein, 8 Grams Carbs, 74 Grams Cholesterol, Sodium 324 mg.

Super easy  careful not to over-bakeBaked Stuffed Chicken
* 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), divided * 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped * 3 large cloves garlic, finely chopped, divided * 1 box organic chopped spinach (10 ounces), thawed * Salt and pepper * Freshly grated nutmeg, to taste * 3 tablespoons butter * 1 cup panko breadcrumbs * 1 teaspoon dried oregano (about 1/3 palmful) * 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts * 1/2 cup crumbled Greek feta cheese
Preparation
Pre-heat the oven to 425°F.
Heat 1 tablespoon EVOO, one turn of the pan, in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and two-thirds of the garlic and cook until softened, 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a bowl to cool, then add the spinach and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Melt the butter in the same pan, turn off the heat and add the panko, oregano and remaining garlic; toss.
Drizzle a baking dish with the remaining 1 tablespoon EVOO. Split each chicken breast across (but not all the way through) and open like a book. Stuff with the spinach and feta, letting the stuffing overflow at the edges. Place the chicken pieces in the baking dish and top with the breadcrumbs. Bake until the juices run clear; about 20 minutes
