the point of people attending training seminars by the pros. I mean, nutrition is scientific, and lifting is scientific to a certain extent; however, it isn't fucking brain surgery either. I mean, how many ways can one possibly do a dumbbell row? Do you really need to pay for a seminar, so that a pro can show you how to do a dumbbell row? Have any schmoes getbiggers here attended these seminars? Did you enjoy it? Did you find it useful that someone told you not to lift the weight too slow or too fast? Doesn't common sense dictate this? So, why do people waste money attending these seminars?
Please enlighten me.
sincerely,
