I gave you credit for being stronger than me on the bench and squat - much stronger. I seen you struggle with 90lb DB shoulder press for around 10 reps. thats v easy for me.

FYI I have also done 50kg DB's for 10 reps. This was fresh. i can press 220lbs for 8 reps on standing press - have done 242x5.

I t-bar row over 350lbs for reps and barbell row 300+ for reps.

I have done weighted dips with 200lbs attached for reps.

Like I said your bench and squat was stronger. I am bigger however. Taken just there now for you sev  :-*

I would like to see vids of these guys strictly curling 60kg/132lbs.

Maybe I just have sucky bicep curl genetics but one guy in my gym can do it. he has enormous biceps and uses a bit of body movement


I weigh 160lb dead on as that's my fighting weight. I can rep 132lb about 15 times zero momentum and i don't even train biceps.


A lot of weak fat guys in this thread. :)

The problem I have with the bar is that my wrists don't agree with it.

I have hammer curled 70lbs before so should be capable of it.

Dumbells are easier, probably because there is a natural momentum. To be fair i don't ever really see people curling heavy with strict form.

Ez bars are easier on the wrists though. I have small wrists so i normally feel it in the forearm on straight barbells.

Some guys are just built for certain lifts too, kinda like most midgets being good at gymnastics.
