Really, I just wanna know what your diet goals are. Where do you plan to end up/how long/etc.........Cut the soap opera BS and quit avoiding the diet question..remember my thread about 1/2 ass permabulkers? Careful about dieting Ursus...you will wind up at 175 lbs with 14 inch arms because you're a natural, and underneath all of that fat, we are all the same exact size  ::)
