Your post is spot on. However, I think the guts rock - I actually think a giant preggo belly with massive distension but a ripped six pack as well is really quite a feat!

When I won my pro card I ate damn near a whole box of quaker 100% natural cereal.....2 fruit pies, almost a whole tube of PB....and one hot pocket......drew a ton of water out from skin....yet...WOW...no bloating.  MAJOR gas between prejudging and finals....and SLIGHT distention....but thats fucking pathetic!!!!!

nothing personal taken,,, you misunderstand me... i wasnt really being elaborate..
i dont think his stomach looks like that because hes blowing out or inbetween poses,,, sure i thinks its the drugs,,, however there are many other guys that take the same kinds and dont have that kinda gut.... as far as muscle control,,, i stand by my previous statement...  even when not on stage,,, most are concerned with engorging on food, drugs and what eve else,,,  a good bb'r works everything and stays close to contest shape/ready.
you cant sck in a vac and have a tight waist onstage, whether your natty or not unles YOU TRAIN FOR IT.  most dont and consider it an after thought, like calves and posing etc.
case in point, 80 mr o,,, what ever they were takin back then,,,, arnold still told mentzer that he had a gut,,, lol. he did,,, his belly stuck out further than his chest... arnold and other greats minded themselves at all times. i think i'm close to the point.
