yor a fucking idiot,it has to be hooked up to the other side to get the first 2" i have the same tape right here and at 280 lbs my arm measures 22" and when i do it like your doing it it is 24".you can see the number 2 at the beginning.

the half circle has nothing to do with your measurement as it is not connected to the end that starts at 2".

lol, good catch, the part that crosses the 21" line is the 2" line, so yeah its 19.  Also funny how he typed "A2daMIR" twice on the pic as though someone might try to steal it lol.  Further what's with some guys who just post a pic of the arm with nothing else - doesn't give any frame of reference

ok dude, i admit, i made a mistake... i have 19inch arms COLD straight out of the shower... lets see you post pics of your arms?

yeah I often misquote my arm measurement by 2 whole inches by "mistake" LOL.  And wtf does "out of the shower" have anything to do with it, you've said that twice?  Do your arms shrink after the shower then get swole once they are dry? lmao.  

And I guess the thread topic must have to be "Arm Don + Face + Body + Background" to get anything other than just an arm with no frame of reference?  ::)  You are hilarious :)
