Bobs is denied entrance into the exclusive club as well....i have a feeling you could be considered, but you need to slap up a FDB or something  for the council to judge . that pic of you curling won't count because you are obviously pumped and your arm is crunched up against your side

I think so dude...I like the angle better, hits the belly of the tri...that's my big move...usually 4-5 working sets

Then i do overhead ropes for high reps 12-16 3 sets

and finish with nautilus tricep machine...nothing crazy.  3 sets
