Just one question, do you lock out or just keep continuous tension? I rarely lock out on any pressing movements. Also, do you use a straight bar or the curl bar?
I'll make the team yet.
Lock out. I go up to 335 on my close grips and I like to lock out....pause....then do another rep. At that weight I need a sec to think about if I have another rep in me or I'm going to snap my wrists

I do straight bar curls with alternating width. wide, narrow, wide ,narrow. I don't get all fucking anal about form either, when you train heavy you simply CAN"T maintain perfect, slow, zero-momentum form. I try and hit what i call the "sweet spot" where I'm using a bit of momentum at the end of the set but you don't lose the mental connection to the muscle.
It's when you get to the point that the ONLY thing that matters is getting the weight from point A to point B and you are contorting your body any which way to do it...then you are training too heavy.
I have some INSANE back and delt exercises that you would love
