Oh brother! Not this shit again FatPanda! Seriously, I would def be ashamed if I have to use gear to look like I do. I've put in solid gym, diet time for many years. I'm level-headed and consistent with everything I do. I'm not the juice head who only cares to workout when he's "on". I love training my body and have not taken more than a single weeks time off in last 10 years. Slow and staedy wins the race my friend...or at least keeps u consistently in the game.

Pellius, your bicep has a very pleasing shape. Both you and Sherief boast better shaped biceps than Groink. Groink however do have a nice peak and good size.

Sherief has the best balanced arms as his tricep and bicep development is complimentary and the split and separation is exemplary. If I give any advice it is to keep on with your tricep work.

That's a pretty shitty statement. You are no doubt a fucking asshole. There is nothing wrong with blue collar work. Heck, a lot of blue collor workers make more money that white collar workers. And you're even a bigger asshole for looking down on blue collar workers. Granted, my future profession is white collar, but I have a lot of family who are blue collar workers.

I haven't "installed tv's" in a dog's age, and when i did i made a shitload of money... and me and my crew had a blast. those were good days indeed...I actually miss it sometimes

Let them have their fun...it's funny to me

And PS.....installing high-end AV systems and Data/telcom infrastructure isn't exactly "installing TV's"

I've been lifting weights longer than you have been alive...i would assume.

I have been blessed with very good genetics and i make the most of them, if i remember correctly aren't you the guy who takes steroids but doesn't even train?

try training for 30 years straight and then come talk to me
