what i learnt last year about arm training is that you shouldn't do too many sets, haha i was liek doing 20-25 sets for biceps and triceps each..after i cut back to like 5-6 sets of each my arm grew an inch a short time last year
A+,, Very very smart move,,thats how you grow your arms :: NEVER OVERWORK THEM ,, i got my arms to 22 inches and i do 4-5 sets for triceps and biceps.,,
dont kill the arms and dont deplete them of glycogen because body will focus on compensating that first and THEN protein synthesis ;, in other words stimulate dont annilihate!! very important,,,
