Thanks everyone!  I've been doing weighted dips (close grip, upper arms tucked in, and elbows behind rather than to the side) for triceps on the advice of Huge Nasser :)

I was 264 in that pic...now I'm down to 250ish and a good bit leaner....been eating clean for a good month.

Man wish I had half the peak you have. You should really compete man. You're bulging like a Cantaloupe going through a straw. you would easily compete 220ish and dominate.

This is exciting... to talk about...  I'm pumped... good to be back on here and back to basics >:(
