thanks. God gave me that look on my tricep so i got to accept it. However I will work harder to at least make it better

Thanks. I enjoyed my 12 weeks prep journey. The journey is what i appreciate the most. I felt satisfied and happy when i saw my physique changed everyday and that made me more motivated and focused. It wasnt easy but i enjoyed it and glad that the D-day is almost here. I look forward to my training sessions and believe it or not my bland meals everyday. I love competing!!

How tall are you ?

If you're under 175cm you don't look like 102 kg (227~ lbs)
