Ive done a few cycles in the past but i lift hard n heavy every single time im in the gym.I still make gains when im off and i havent been 'on' for about 4 years.They aint addictive and i dont need them to get stronger or more muscle, so that one needs to be put to rest

 This is why I prefer to lift at home. The gym is full of egotistical assholes, people who hate the egotistical assholes, creepy old gay men, guys with violent attitudes...... It's just too much of a circus, i'd rather just chill at home and focus on what i'm doing.

 Some gyms are good though, the more expensive ones tend to have a good vibe. Most cheaper gyms are just full of idiots and bad vibes though. It gets so old after years of putting up with it all the time.
