Great sammich = grilled smoked turkey on pumpernickle or multi-grain w/garlic and herb boursin cheese and dijon mustard.  Thinly sliced red onion optional.


Great sammich = triple decker cold rare roast beast and turkey on pumpernickel w/chive cream cheese and dijon mustard


Great sammich = grilled goat cheese sammich w/thinly sliced red onion

yea I lOVE ricotta but when I make lasagna I make a small dish for me with just ricotta as cheese and the other for my daughter (and send some to my folks because of all the other cheese in it)

i could never stomach lunch meat....meat should be served ...not cool or downright cold...

i used to be able to do turkey sammiches...and pastrami...cant anymore...
