to be honest i didnt expect he was natural after seeing these new pics but now after this post of yours i am really speechless!!.. if the swami is natural he really can be a great international bb if he wants!!..

thankyou for posting my pics!

firstly , regarding the lump on my lower back,to quote Arnold from Kindegarten Cop "its not a tumor!"

but thanks for peoples concerns- its a harmless fatty tissue lump (lipoma).

secondly, this is just to show that Team Nasser members are in good shape and know a bit about training.

thirdly, i could not have achieved this without the help of both Nasser and Bigbobs ,who gave me very valuable training, nutrition and supplement advice.

Both Nasser and bigbobs are GURU's in the field of BB! a debt of gratitude to bigbobs!

All the training principles and methods of Nasser are definitely worth trying- i made very good gains using them.
I believe Nasser will be outlining them in his upcoming book.

They are very intense methods and as Nasser says "you have to feel the muscle pain" to stimulate growth and "for sure there are no short cuts!"

and lastly, if getbiggers started training and not spending so many hours on getbig perhaps they could achieve the physique they want to have

many thanx for the kind words but i think the best is Bigbobs, he is a lot wider than me!

i need a lot more delts and i have long traps.

But as with all TEam Nasser members we are always striving to improve!

Oh man thanks the humility swami but everything I know is pretty much from the Guru Nasser - starting from his early Flex magazine articles to now where we can get his bodybuilding advices on speed dial

bobs has amazing upper body, huge round delts, full hard chest and amazing v taper.. if his legs were the same level as his upper body he would have been the best

i wont talk about bobs because my opinion cant be considered a neutral one since he is a close friend to me but i remember when you posted that self owning topless pic after bob had posted a topless pic from his last visit to the wizard a lot of neutral getbiggers said that he made you his bitch
