SO MANY BBing RADIO SHOWS, SO FEW LISTENERS- WHO WILL SURVIVE??

Most of u will be aware of the virus-like proliferation of bb related radio shows. Just from what i am aware of we have:


-The original Dan & Bob- gimme a reason to live- chicoriellio show.
---- Mainstream, no awkward moments other than those created by Bobīs eagerness to please IFBB, NPC, whatever acronym u can remember


-Rx Muscle related shows
-----Heavy muscle radio- 2 cons trying to be interesting while talking about airport stories, plus interviews with sponsors that believe their listeners are stupid enough to buy their products (eg ALReah, king of da bull) and the odd contract losing bber

-----After hours- group of loosers having exhausted their limited number of past weird stories

-----Off topic- a sane jew trying to get an insane guinea to stay ON-topic instead of spewing hatred for women or bullshit  theories.  Threat level high; as law fugitive guinea claims to have a host of new shit shows coming on line- bounty hunters save us all

-----Derek Anthony show -while it is easy to make fun of DA, the scary part is how the show is at the same level as the other supposedly mainline Rx shows

MD shows
----don't really follow anymore as listening to flex wheeler interviews were brain damaging, and fat midget could not last. seems that they have an old big gutted, one-armed english skinhead talking now


So the question is: which will still be around in one year? I put forward a couple of options, getbiggers no doubt will come up with others:

OPTION 1: All of them and then some. Internet radio costs are low enough for anyone with an inflated sense of importance, no real job  and an internet connection to host a show even if only 7-8 nuthuggers tune in

OPTION 2: Main line shows like Dan& Bob (because they can get the odd non-MD winning pro), Heavy muscle radio (cause romano loves himself and collete (nelson) does not love palumbo), etc

OPTION 3: None. Evil socialist Obama will outlaw bbing and NSA will disrupt any IP traffic containing the words: shredded, glutes, sonbaty, hulkster, etc

OPTION 4: please fill in

i must admit i found it frustrating when i found out that  Ju singerman and pretend-ju carl lenore actually make money off of that show.....because i find it unlistenable


the cheap ploys for listenership............ ."if you  listen to our show, you will get a shout out".....have you ever seen a cheaper, more hacky gimmick  


singerman is the quintessential ju.........pure phony, every relationship he fosters in the industry is just a calculated atempt to foster his own career.............every industry "friend" he makes is just used as a tool to lead him to a more powerful industry "friend"

that show, and the people on it really bother me........i gotta say it woudl make me happy to see them fail


though dan and bob are two of the biggest phonies anyone could ever come across.....and are equally detestable


also, palumbo and his little feifdom over there are RX is also pretty laughable........him and romano (criminal drug addicts) act so self important over there with all the bannig nand censorship.............i might like to see that place implode above all

no big deal man, just the way it is around here.....people who have been here for a while are attuned to the face that out of every 10 new accounts started, at least half of them are usually gimmicks

but like kiwiol just said, each poster has a signature and cadence to their way of posting which makes them pretty to identify

you just dont have that many posts, as time goes by , you will have more posts, people will start to recognize you, you will develop your own voice, and peopl will no longer  call you  a gimmick

i kinda thought in the beginning that OFF-topic ( in light of carl being an absolute retard and not being able to keep up with the conversation, and interrupting interviews with creepy unfunny, non-sequiters, and not even being able to remember people he previously had on his show)

and in spite of the shows amaturish production quality

.......i thought the show had a chance to actually be cool, and edgy (and it was in the beginning to some extent) and talk about cool things and ask the questions that i found interesting

but they really sold  out  (i knwo its cliche but its the best way to describe it)

but over time it has become very noticable that the only thing they are concerned about is furthering ther name in the industry and making money, the show has become very predictable and very sterile




the other shows i expected nothing from............dan and bob are mindless parrot sycophants who regurgitate whatever the top npc/ifbb brass tell them to on a given week

                                                                   palumbo and romano are middle aged failures desperatly trying to maintain their income frmo the bodybuilding industry

but here is where im a hypocrite..........i fucking hate all these people.......but i will still check out their shows

a) i don't watch alot of tv, i prefer radio cause i can do other things while i listen

b)  i don't follow traditional sports

There are so many internet "radio" shows because there can be...You no longer need to have a government license to have an audio outlet to the public.  Some call it "splintercasting", because the audience has been broken into such small pieces.  Of course, with such a small audience it is very hard to make any money with it....

but singerman for example, is able to live solely off the income produced by the radio show............dont ask me how sponsers would be dumb enough to advertise on a radio show with under 500 listners realistically

i for one, never listen to their commercaials anyway......just skip right over them, i suspect im not the only one
