not much. Go to the water fountain and take a sip probably after each set. More just out of habit really.
I carry a bottle with me and fill it about 3 times during the workout and once for the trip home. I also drink from the fountain... Lots and lots of water throughout- no matter what the weather. It fuels my next set and recovers me from my last. Any issues with dehydration and my energy plummets downward...
man..i'd be in the pisser every ten minutes...
