Help with routine
« on: March 20, 2010, 05:37:45 PM »
I found this routine by Baby_Hercules that looks great, except for the fact once I repeat chest, shoulders, tris are hit in a 3 day period instead of 5 days. How can I construct this routine to hit each boypart every 5 days?

Mon:Quads & Calves
Tues:Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps
Wed:Hams & Calves
Thurs:Rest
Fri:Back, rear delts, Biceps
Sat:Light leg day(quads & calves)
Sun:Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Mon:Rest and repeat

Thank You

It depends where you are in your development. Are you just starting out?

Been training since 2005. Already did various routines. High frequency with medium amount of volume works best for me. I noticed if i go all out on a bodypart it takes about 5 days for it to recover and for me to feel i can hit it again. Thats why I choose this routine.
