Its always been his weak area since he came on the scene. Maybe he needs to do a Gunter and getcwith Charles Glass, because he's not listening to anybody else. If you have a weak point like he does, you work on it, I guess he doesn't believe that. He's from the Paul Dillett school of thought.

I was watching that Aussy Pro behind the scenes vid, and compared Melvin (A poor man's Flex) to the 1993 Mr. O Flex Wheeler---Melvin who is 5'8, and 240ish, versus Flex who is 5'10 and 218, you see no gut on Flex, smaller waist and better flow. Even Phil Heath, who is not much bigger than Flex looks like his waist is huge.

Exactly! Looks like Shawn Ray wasn't lieing when he said he never took insulin or GH. Of course I have no proof EXACTLY what he took, but judging by his physique it might be true. He still retained one of the best/classic physiques that resembled a lot of the 80's look (which he started) Compare him to Dex and it's pretty apparent.
