Yeah, its a rumor, but let's be realistic here: would you really be surprised if she had HIV?   Obviously, conclusive evidence would help out.

 Magic Johnson has negligable amounts of HIV in his system.

 These days they have advanced medicines that mean you can basically live a full lifetime with HIV. You just have to swallow tons of pills every day.
