Exactly. Made many "impossible" lifts because I was afraid I was going to get pancaked.

"pancaked" is a funny saying.

I experinced a couple of times the painful bb on the chest failing a bench press.

Even if the weigth is the one most of you use to warm up it was not a nice situation: pancaked :P
