Honest questions Adonis, curious of your thoughts here:
1) 0.5 to 1 gram per lb bodyweight is a pretty big range, if you had to narrow it down would you be closer to the 1 gram or the 0.5 gram figure?
2) You gave a starting point of 2500 calories. If one was to go extreme and only eat, say 1500 calories per day to speed up the fat loss even if he needs 2800 calories per day to maintain his weight, would the protein requirement at 1500 cals be higher than it would be if one were to stick to 2500 cal or even 2000 calories?
