Regardless of his party affiliation and his tendency towards egomania, ...there's absolutely nothing wrong with what he said. His point is valid. How can someone defend something they are themselves ignorant about? Maybe if more teabaggers  were prone to his demeanor and his common sense, they wouldn't be so marginalized and would have a greater chance of actually accomplishing something contructive & productive for your country..

How is this congressman ignorant about the constitution?  You don`t honestly believe he should be sitting in his office memorizing the whole thing line by line and memorizing founding father quotes just in case some nutcase in a "Don`t tread on me" T-Shirt happens to have memorized a few paragraphs or watched a few episodes of John Adams on DVD presents a pointless "quiz" which demonstrated not much of anything.  

Besides its not like there is a shortages of Constitutions or a shortage of places to read it.

I have no doubt that this guy will be raked over the coals by the media once the video hits mainstream.  Could we be looking at our next "Joe The Plumber"?  lol 

Annoying he might be, but I suspect he knows the Constitution.  Even if he is still livin' with his momma, he schooled the congressman.  No one wanted to talk him down, because they probably wouldn't have known either. 

For me, the video shows that it is not about being Democrat or Republican....just do what the people voted you in for, uphold the law.  Congressman LoBiondo got owned in this video.

How does this prove that LoBiondo is not or has not upheld the law?  So every schmuck who memorizes a few passages of the Constitution is automatically more qualified at upholding the law and proves superior knowledge.  

I`m so sure Thomas Jefferson, Franklin and the rest sat around and memorized the entire Constitution and made a point to memorize each other`s words.  

If I was LoBiondo I would have just said, "Ok Smarty Pants, what is Article 7 line 2".
