Is he better? Absolutely. But that physique would not be valued today. They would mark him down for small legs and not being dry enough.

Im by no means a Haney nut, hell im not even really a fan, but to call him the most overrated is kinda stupid.

Met him while in Fayette County, Georgia and he is real cool and down to earth. Lee liked talking about Spartanburg too.

I don't think that Lee was overrated but perhaps at least one Mr. Olympia should have gone to someone else - in 1987 I would have gone with Rich Gaspari.

Haney is clearly a more complete bodybuilder than any of today's top pros. Under current conditions, viz. gear, he certainly would be Mr. O.
