It's funny, you can do the same exercises week in and week out, but sometimes you have to stop and wonder how effective they really are.
Exactly how are you doing the exercises "week in and week out?"
Because if you're doing them for weeks at a time, and not getting a benefit from them, you're not doing something right.
You should be able to get stronger week after week. When I say stronger, that doesn't always mean in poundage either. Can be reps, your time under tension on the muscle, weight, all the above or is it part of a superset, tri-set...or whatever.
If you aren't getting sore, you need to change something up.
