ANd the rest of you guyz .... it's good to see your support of the Bug.

I'm pretty much of an expert in seeing potential in beginning bodybuilders and can state with a great degree of confidence that Leafy will be one of the top dudes within the BB world if he stays with it.

madeyamelt is pretty much spot on there. people expect steroids to turn them into a freak. steroids work very well, and you do not need to use alot of them to get the effect. but "very well" is subjective. if any natural ever tries steroids, they will immediately understand the difference between natural and juiced and see just how powerful steroids are. but they will also realise that they dont make you an olympian overnight.. and youll have a subsequent realisation of just how long and hard most pros must have been juicing to get where they are.

one other part of the story is training and diet. hard training always exponentially increases results. diet is a key element to results. you can never get huge without a consistant excess of calories.

i wont argue with this.  i think to be "pro" level...it takes hard work, genetics, and a good response to the drugs.

BUT, i stand by my statement that his physique is not impressive for being on drugs.  its good for a natural, but not for a user.  still looks good though and all the best luck to him in his upcoming contest. 

he looks good but gets too much credit,torso is too long. you have better lines as natural,

what do you advise for first cycle mr bombs?

The main thing that i felt did more for my quads then any other exercise was front squats.. As you can see though it resulted in bad hamstring/ glute development which is still a weak point for me and i suffer groin problems because of the over compensation of it.

You'll pull more pussy with the lean ripped look than the bloated bodybuilder look.  It's all about the pussy......that is unless your gay......then by all means bulk up and get big :) LOL.

I'm not sure what he would advise, but I've seen your physique and since I'm feeling charitable today, I'll tell you what you should do. 

Run Test E or Cyp at 500mg per week for 12 weeks.  Do 2 shots a week.  If you plan on eating like shit and not upping your cardio, don't waste your time.  You carry too much bodyfat, but I see you do have some muscle mass in your pictures.  The point of the gear for you will be to prevent muscle loss while cutting down.  If your diet is spot on and you're doing cardio (for you I'd recommend at least 4x a week at 30-45 minutes) you'll make good progress.  Use a mirror and not a scale to assess your progress.

your advise is to diet down for first cycle? :-\
i can do that without roids, im eating 3 cheat meals a day atleast now, i could lose 10 pounds of fat in 3 weeks if i want, maybe its better to get fuckin jacked and then do some diet with green tea?

Yes.  Of course you can diet down without gear, but you have too much bodyfat right now to do it without losing considerable muscle.  Fat is easy to gain, muscle isn't.  Once you have it, you don't want to lose it - that's the point of my advice. 

Read my other posts in this thread about why people who blow up when they use gear for the first time. 

PS do you realize how much fat 10 pounds is?  You can't lose that in 3 weeks without the aid of some severe use of drugs (think DNP, t3, and possibly clen).

You have no idea what he is running, how much he is running, how long he has been using, how he eats and how he trains yet you are comparing him to some imaginary measuring stick based on you seeing a bunch of water buffalo thinking they're "huge" (no homo). For someone that says "steriods are the finishing touch," hahaha. It's a combination of a lot of things like others have said, but steriods are very important to your physique. The definition of good genetics to me, is shape and response, that's it.

Don't need good genetics to become pro though, there are a lot of examples, but the genetic freaks usually do well, Wheeler, Levrone, Ronnie, Ray, etc...
