So in a society filled with insecure, lazy, instant gratification teenage nitwits just because a kid is 170lbs mean he doesn't use steroids? There are probably more guys in my gym under 200lbs than juice than guys over 250lbs. Try putting down the 5 plates of rice and chicken and cooling off your blender big guy and get out a littler bit more.

35 pound gain while reducing body fat.. all shoulders, neck and traps, has *the look*. I agree with MuscleMcMannus, if you think he didn’t use anabolics for that transformation you’re an idiot. Its plain as day, he’s juiced.. and gay.

for a movie actor to go from zero to that I think it does require a lil help, I didn't even denie that.

But to not be able to get that kind of shape naturally is just perma bulkers bitter SQUEEEEling, sheesh

in the movie world money is driving force behind any actor /actress changing ones appearance,learning new language,character development ect,,,,after movie wraps until the press junket they just move onto next film.stallone,arnold,stratham and other action types live life to be built or in shape the rest wrap it up when the movies does.take deniro he always morphs into role ,in real life he looks desheveled ,hair a mess,but for movie sharp suit,wardrobe and makeup hair done right and then u have paul vitti,jimmy the gent,,,

this is true, not to mention they are PUMPED UP from training before a scene, obviously... I can promise you I'll take a picture after my shoulder workout and I look 180lbs with round muscle bellys, it's differend.

You’re a silly guy.. talking about a pump.

This kid actually gained the pounds of lean muscle.. more than 35 pounds.. in a short period of time. His career depended on it. He had to guarantee the producers 30+ pounds of lean mass to secure his role in the next movie. Do you really think an actor with that much at stake is going to roll the dice and see if he can gain 30 pounds of fat free mass without help? Its not like he was an experienced bodybuilder who had gained that type of weight before.

30+ pound weight gain with reduction of body fat in a short amount of time is impossible naturally, even with the best genetics. If you think you are capable of putting on that kind of lean mass naturally in 10 months you’ve got a screw loose. You’re not in touch with reality.

He did what he had to do.. because his trainer told him to. It was the only option for him.

I know he did and i told you he most likely juiced with something, obviously. However he is pumped up to the max in every single scene which helps to enhance the illusion that he's a beast, plus the make up, lightning and 100 000 camera equipment ofcourse.

this is true, however.. if you gain 35 lbs of lean muscle in 8 months as musclemcmanus claims, I give it the benefit of the doubt... but that kind of conditioning/mass is more than attainable naturally ofcourse

musclemcmanus claims the guy in the pic gained 35lbs in a year ??

to be quite honest, just comparing the 2 pics, that doesnt look like 35 of lean muscle added. probably 15-20 lbs of muscles, and 10-15 lbs of water and a lil fat.

anyways, my point is you can go from the BEFORE to AFTER pic posted naturally at that guys age . i dont know how long it took him, if he did it in 2 months, they yeah no doubt he juiced, but if it took him more than a year, or even a year, then thats no hard feat at all.

and also keep in mind, that kid probably never even touched weights until he made this transformation,and anyone who ever lifted seriously knows that the first 20 lbs of muscle to add is easy, just do it consistently for 6months to a year. And also keep in mind that this kid probably has a nutritionist, a trainer, eats properly and highest quality of protein...

These Hollywood actors almost never do brutal training and diet regimens when they need a lot of muscle. They just juice it up for the role.
