Well here is the problem and I think the total misunderstanding.
I have always maintained that:
A Macro Nutrient is not a Macro Nutrient, but a calorie is a calorie. I think you may have my position misunderstood.
come on now. No back peddling. You've said that you can eat pretty much whatever type of food you want (pizza, ice cream, McDonalds, etc.) and still get shredded, because according to you, a calorie is a calorie.
Dr. Connelly, on the other hand, maintains that you can reduce body fat simply by changing macro nutrient profiles WITHOUT creating a caloric deficit.
That is the gist of the argument, which I look forward to being debated.
