How much protein,fat ,carbs a day ? how many meals a day?
I don`t eat "meals". I just eat whenever I want. Try for .5-1 gram of lb per protein. I eat 2800 calories day in and day out.
Meet or stay close those needs, and everything else is taken care of by default. The more variety the better in my opinion. I love food.
I have no idea how much protein, fat or carbs I eat nor do I care, although I do make the .5 minimum of protein per day. Its effortless.
By default, my Macro ratios will always vary and be constantly changing which I think is a great thing for many biological reasons.
I would be willing to track my daily diets entire nutrients contents against yours any day of the week.
I find that "bodybuilder gym lore" diets are SEVERELY lacking in many areas including calcium and antioxidants. Most of these morons won`t drink milk or even eat fruit for fucks sakes!
Fiber is also a problem I have noticed with "bodybuilder gym lore" approaches.
