I have 12 weeks until my next IFBB Pro show which will be the Tampa Pro (July 16-17) and I'll do the Jacksonville Pro (Aug 7) as well 3 weeks later.
I started my diet 3-4 weeks ago from 230-235, right now I'm 224 at 5'7". I'll compete in the under 202 class. No need to mention that my goal is the top3 and quailfy to the 202 Mr. Olympia...in 2008 and in 2009 I always missed the qualification by one placing.
Here is my current daily schedule:
4:30AM - 30 minutes cardio
5:00AM - Meal 1
8:00AM - Meal 2
11:00AM - Meal 3
12:00PM - Workout
2:00PM - Meal 4
5:00PM - Meal 5
8:00PM - Meal 6
My goal is to achieve my all time best shape which should be better then my 2008 shape (pics below).
