I have 12 weeks until my next IFBB Pro show which will be the Tampa Pro (July 16-17) and I'll do the Jacksonville Pro (Aug 7) as well 3 weeks later.I started my diet 3-4 weeks ago from 230-235, right now I'm 224 at 5'7".
