Well, I don't like it either...but I have my first client at 5:30am...And I'm living 40 minutes from the gym...plus I have to prepare the meals...so I have to get up at 2:30am...But I want to be a pro champion one day!
Best solution against jet flag...I got you: You're still living the Central European Time zone, man! (nice belt, bro)

Steve, what about that little drug called anabolic steroids......what r u taking, how much and of what.
Henry, English, Correa...I'm not at that level yet... That's my honest opinion. My goal for 2010 is to be on the Olympia stage...
I don't think Steve will post that info on a public forum? Maybe in a Private message to you?
why do you care? really what would that info mean to you?pro bodybuilders takes alot of roids hgh etc. that is all you need to know..
I'm not counting calories. Never in my life.
If your last meal is at 8 pm and you get up at 2:30 am then assuming you actually get to sleep at 9 pm that's only 5.5 hours of sleep. How are you able to recover and grow with so little sleep? Are you able to nap at all during the day? Getting enough sleep is part of your training.
Don't think like that Steve! Those guys are excellent but YOU are easily at their level or even better. You have better shape than them! All the best!!!!!
good point grant, so steve, lets pretend that you were going to take aas for your upcoming contest. What would u take during this prep and how much. i know you're a no bullshit kind of guy namat, thats why im asking u this question....
