thx. i got a ways to go though. if and when i get lean, i would like to stay lean and try to gain weight without putting on so much fat. its a real pain to diet it off, and you lose a ton of strength in the process. probably easier to maintain your gains if you put it on leaner.theres a guy at the gym who is doing a show in august, which im considering, but i think ill probably be moving for work again here soon and will be in a diff. state. anyone live near memphis?
i wouldnt mind getting it changed. i keep it the same just so people know who it is. at the time i made it...back in 2006 i think? i thought it was humorous, but i didnt realize what type of site this was completely, so in hindsight a diff name might have been appropriate

started a strict diet recently. going to try to take it all the way down to competition shape this time. havent gotten super lean in several years, so its time. still got about 20+ more pounds to go probably. flame on.
