started a strict diet recently. going to try to take it all the way down to competition shape this time. havent gotten super lean in several years, so its time. still got about 20+ more pounds to go probably. flame on.

thx ACH.do you do any cardio when you diet? ive heard cardio is the enemy of all things muscular...so i havent done any so far on this diet. ive been tempted to do some though...in order to "speed" things up, but have resisted that urge in order to preserve leg size.
you don't notice any muscle loss b/c of it? especially in the legs? its not that im not willing to put in the effort, its just i hear it melts away muscle....along with fat.
