Complexes for Fatlos
« on: April 29, 2010, 07:03:04 AM »
Nice article:

So wave goodbye to the soccer moms and skinny-fat guys on the treadmill, grab a barbell (or use just your bodyweight), and get one hell of a workout that actually strips the fat off.

;D

this is stuff old JNN has known for years

however, the fact of the matter is that regular/uneducated are too dumb to do this type of cardio and will resort to walking on a incline for 60 minutes at 3 miles a hour

i shake my head at bodybuilders who do an hour of cardio, twice a day at a low intensity when they can just do the tabata protocol once a day (4 minutes) and get shredded-er

Fully agree, the reason why mags are still printing this stuff is that its convenient for the readers, they read about
a fully new and more challenging way of loosing weight and they say Fuck that I dont need that I want to continue reading my book while I ride my bike.

But don't forget they are a lot heavier and also overall not as fit as you and me - I remember back in the days somebody said that Ronnie was breathing real hard when he had to walk a couple of yards.
Ronnie was also at a Orange County chooper episode and for the fun of it Mickey organised a strong man competition, lets just say he did not look like he could run fast or to be more precise a lot.

So I don't think this will be a good option for them.

High intenisty cardio will burn the majority of claories from muscle, add t3 and clen and a low calorie diet to the mix, and you're looking at a very catabolic workout session.  The purpose of the longer cardio at lower intensities it to ensure no muscle loss as lower intensities will burn primarily fat.

Tabata make them ripped quicker and with shorter sessions, but how many of them are willing to sacrifice that muscle they've spent all year trying to put on?
