i shake my head at bodybuilders who do an hour of cardio, twice a day at a low intensity when they can just do the tabata protocol once a day (4 minutes) and get shredded-er
High intenisty cardio will burn the majority of claories from muscle, add t3 and clen and a low calorie diet to the mix, and you're looking at a very catabolic workout session. The purpose of the longer cardio at lower intensities it to ensure no muscle loss as lower intensities will burn primarily fat.
Tabata make them ripped quicker and with shorter sessions, but how many of them are willing to sacrifice that muscle they've spent all year trying to put on?
