I am absolutely sick and tired of people with obvious fear and uncertainty putting down proven physiological facts. As humans we are essentially the same. Yes you have your variation across the range, but the ones who claim to be extreme cases who are devoid of falling into the description of being human, need to sit back and rationally grasp basic facts.
1.Even with a "slow metabolism" or in extreme cases, hypothyroidism, weight loss is still achieved through a calorie defecit.
2.There is no need to limit food self analysed as "unhealthy", merely because you link it to your overweight self in some manner. Of course ,hydrogenated oils are the exception.
3.Limiting your food stuffs can trigger allergies, your body is essentially crying out for variation.
4.Don't form the mentality that you are somehow an exception to a rule simply because you unconsciously eat too much.
5.You have a therapeutic dose of calories, macros and micros , protein is not an exception.
