hahaha again you are fighting a losing battle. but I am pretty sure you are used to that. You don't understand I have a blast outing you and Goodrum. You two are my fun time other than playing craps. And I wouldn't worry about my medical. When you can save up enough money to get a full blood work up lets compare. I am pretty sure my total cholesterol is lower than yours, and any other number since mine are all good. I am fat absolutely and it absolutely affects other parts of me but I think I will be okay. You on the other hand are probably a fat slob just like the photo. If not you are an under nourished skinny kid who pretends to be something he is not. So either way I win. But, hey keep it coming I love reading your meltdown (and i can't believe I wrote that)
Honestly stay down. you are done
I am not responding to this post in particular, but I wanted to know your views on diet. Mine are simple:
Eat optimal calories for muscle growth or fat loss. Supplement to make up the difference and get herbs/compounds you don't get in the diet.
My diet today, around 25-2600 calories or so, I cheat every 6th day, and today the only wildcard is an applebees house salad that I put some oil and vinegar on. I believe it was 300 calories or so.
Taco Bell, 2 chalupas and a hard taco 930c
Gaspari Myofusion shake, 2 scoops 315 calories
9 oz sirloin steak with brocolli, squash, carrot mix, house salad
1 can of okra
Maybe a bag of beef jerky that I haven't eaten yet.
Activity: Arm and shoulder workout, 7 sets for shoulders, 4 for bi and tri. Light walking for roughly 25 minutes with my daughter to and from the park. I got over 225 grams of protein, I weigh 310 right now, targeting 250.
I don't understand what is wrong with this as long as I am gaining strength and decreasing bodyfat. I simply can not do the typical bo0dybuilding diet for more than a few weeks before I lose the will to live, lol. I did try it out for a month, and the results were exactly the same as my method.
If it matters, I learned to eat like this from reading Mike Mentzer's work and looking at his own food consumption when training for the Olympia.
